The song Bang Your Head (Metal Health) was and still is an anthem for headbangers everywhere. Kevin DuBrow and the boys from Quiet Riot created a classic that is still legit to Metalheads all these years later. It makes for good timing, as a documentary about the band is due out in early 2012. Enjoy!
