The New York Mets are Heading Back to the Post-Season!

For one game at least...And hopefully more!

The Mets made the playoffs this year as a Wild-Card team, and they take on the San Francisco Giants this Wednesday night at Citi Field at 8p, for a one game, win or go home, playoff game.

The winner of that game moves on to the National League Eastern Division Series to face the Chicago Cubs
