According to a study from Car Insurance Comparison.com, New Jersey ranked 7th overall in best drivers!

The Garden State had the fourth-lowest fatality rate per 100 million miles traveled...tied for the sixth-fewest "Failure To Obey" violations...dead center with the 25th most Drunk Driving violations...the tenth-fewest speeding tickets...and then we falter a bit, getting the 21st most counts of Careless Driving. Those numbers compared to the rest of the country (including Washington, DC) gave us the 7th best score overall!
