The 30 Richest Drummers in the World

I’ve been drumming my entire life, but I seem to have fallen just short of making the list of the thirty richest drummers in the world. Time to get the band back together!

The people at created this list, using the following criteria: “The figures contained in this list were acquired from all publicly available information including salaries, real estate holdings, divorces, record sales, royalties and endorsements. The final net worths come from a formula that takes out taxes, manager’s fees, agents’ fees, and lifestyle.”

#28: Questlove (The Roots, Jimmy Fallon) – $16 Million
#29: Steven Adler (Guns N’ Roses) – $15 Million
#30: Mick Fleetwood (Fleetwood Mac) – $8.5 Million

That’s a pretty damn impressive list of drumming talent. No surprise that Ringo would be number one, but I am surprised that Larry Mullin of U2 fell to 7th, considering the amount of touring U2 does. I’m also stunned that with the incredible amount of KISS merchandise Peter Criss didn’t even make the list.
