Northbound Parkway Delays Persist Due to Water Problems on Roadway

2:45 p.m.: A disabled vehicle is blocking the right lane on the Parkway northbound near Exit 91/ Cr-549 and traffic is stopped from Exit 83 / Route 9.

2:34 p.m.: The two right lanes are still closed on the Parkway northbound due to flooding in Wall Township and motorists are urged to use caution between Exit 98/ Route 34 ramp and Exit 98 / I-195 / Route 138. Traffic is stopped.
