With springtime comes the official start of tropical storm and hurricane season. The National Hurricane Center is out with its list of chosen names for this year's storms. Is your name on it?
As hurricane seasons begins on Saturday June 1 and continues thru November 30, Jersey Shore law enforcement and public officials want to make sure you're prepared for the stormy weather in 2019.
Hermine is now considered a post-tropical cyclone as of Saturday, according to the National Hurricane Center. As the storm heads for New Jersey in what appears to be a couple day stay for Hermine, we will keep you posted on-air and online on both the storms progress from Meteorologist Dan Zarrow and officials around New Jersey.
