Halloween this year falls on a Thursday, so the 81st Annual Toms River Halloween Parade will be on a Thursday (October 31st).

So we said back in August that the Toms River Halloween Parade will happen on Saturday October 31st! That is still true But you are probably wondering when to go trick or treating in Toms River, if the parade is ON Halloween right? The answer is simple.....On Friday October 30th!!
