Sammy Hagar Won't Rebuild His A.C. Beach Bar

The news broke earlier this week that Sammy Hagar won’t rebuild his Beach Bar in Atlantic City that was damaged by Sandy. Apparently, according to courierpostonline.com, he couldn’t reach a deal with Caesars to rebuild it, so he’s now looking for a new place for his bar. Suggestions?
