Former Rolling Stones guitarist Mick Taylor turned 63 on Tuesday.  He was born on January 17, 1949 in Welwyn Garden City, England. His skill as a musician landed him a gig with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers at the tender age of 17, but his big break came in 1969 when he joined The Rolling Stones, replacing Brian Jones.

Rod Stewart celebrated his birthday Tuesday,  born January 10, 1945 in North London, England. He's been showcasing his unique raspy voice for five decades now, and Rolling Stone Magazine places him at #59 on their "100 Greatest Singers of All Time". He's also one of the best-selling artists of all time.

Certified Rock Superstar and four-time Grammy winner Pat Benatar turns 59 today, born Patricia Mae Andrzejewski in Brooklyn, New York on January 10, 1953.

Malcolm Young turns 59 today, born on January 6, 1953 in Glasgow, Scotland.  He grew up primarily in Australia, having moved with his family from Scotland to the Land Down Under in 1963.

John Paul Jones turns 66 today, born January 3, 1946 in Kent, England.
