Not to be confused with Peter Wolf (who's best known as the lead vocalist for the J. Geils Band from 1967 to 1983 and for a few reunions since then), J. Geils was born John Geils on February 20, 1946 in New York city.   Geils is the lead guitarist, singer and founder of the J. Geils Band.

Tony Iommi turns 64 this Sunday, Born February 19, 1948 in Birmingham, England. Best known as the guitarist/songwriter and founding member of Black Sabbath, Tony announced early last month that he'd been diagnosed with early stage Lymphoma.
