Downtown Point Pleasant is tremendous, it's a very underrated Jersey Shore location. The other night, my friends and I drank tasty beers at Last Wave Brewing Company, stuffed ourselves with great food at Amendment 21, and then put a cherry on top of the night with dessert at the Jersey Shore's cutest sweet shop. I never use the word "cute", but this place is CUTE!

My 48-hour Jeninkson's Kite Fest experience was awesome. On both days, the kites were flying high and the spectators were delighted. This is tremendous news! The Manasquan Inlet Intracoastal Tug, presented by Jersey Mike's, is back and better than ever. After a year away, the one-of-a-kind event will return for a third time on Saturday, October 9th. The series of tugs-of-war across the Manasquan Inlet serves as a recreation department fundraiser for Manasquan and Point Pleasant Beach.
