Drug activity between deals and overdoses has become so severe of a problem at the Jersey Shore the NJ DEA has now established a Monmouth-Ocean Task Force to help law enforcement curb this epidemic.
Heroin has been in the news on the jersey Shore a lot recently with all the reported stories of overdose deaths, arrests, robberies, etc. It has hit very close to home with Heroin affecting our friends, co-workers, and family members.
Heroin has gotten so bad locally, that Ocean County health officials are offering training for the Antidote "Narcan" for in home use
Heroin is also a natio
Free kits will also be available too.
To be honest.....I'm not really sure how I feel about this actually. Does this address the actual issue? Is it dealing with the epidemic that is taking to many lives? Or is it just providing a "safety net" and not dealing with the problem...
