44 year old Kim Ramsey suffers from a condition called "Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder".  Of course we know it as "PGAD".

Kim says the problem started in 2008 after having sex with a new boyfriend, but doctors think it started back in 2001 when Ramsey developed a cyst on her spine (the spot where a woman's orgasm originates) according to doctors.
