Capt Gavin

Investigators are not sure how it happened, but a commercial fishing boat, The "Capt. Gavin" ran aground in Point Pleasant earlier this morning. No injuries were reported for the three person crew, and  there is no apparent damage to the vessel and no signs of pollution.
