Not a good week as you can tell by the updated picture. I lost .2 pounds. FAIL! It IS better than gaining but it is not the results I was looking for.
A couple of weeks ago, I realized I needed to lose a little weight. Looking in the mirror at my gut has been bothering me lately. I'm guessing the combination of too many beers + winter + Boss of the Sauce has been the culprit.
I decided to do something about it. Well sort of.

The day started great. Had a turkey sandwich for lunch. I Logged the calories eaten on my smartphone app...
So The Lovely Christina and I have been talking all last week about whipping my butt into shape as we approach summer.
Just to refresh your memory, I'm not going crazy on a super strict diet and I am not becoming a gym "rat" either. I'm just looking to reduce the gut a little bit. I would like to lose 10-15 lbs. I will however, watch my calories and do some ab exercises here and there.
