Erick P. Uzcategui was found guilty of vehicular homicide Thursday in the death of Ocean Gate Police Office Jason Marles, and he now faces  five to 10 years in state prison. It was three and a half years ago that Marles was on his way home from working an overtime shift on Thanksgiving Eve, when his personal Jeep Grand Cherokee was struck by Uzcategui's BMW...

Tour buses for Styx and Foreigner goes up in flames in a parking lot in Philadelphia. According to TMZ, the buses were not occupied, and the buses belonged to the crew. Not the band. No word on the cause of the fire Styx and Foreigner are playing tomorrow night at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden,NJ
