April 16, 2012 So The Lovely Christina and I have been talking all last week about whipping my butt into shape as we approach summer.
Just to refresh your memory, I'm not going crazy on a super strict diet and I am not becoming a gym "rat" either. I'm just looking to reduce the gut a little bit. I would like to lose 10-15 lbs. I will however, watch my calories and do some ab exercises here and there.
April 11, 2012 (For the record, those are NOT my feet) So after 2 months of non-stop taste tests of pasta, meatballs, seafood, and MORE pasta from great restaurants, and then the culmination of over 3 hours of eating food at "Boss of the Sauce", it is time to do something about this belly!
I have to be honest. It's not really that bad, BUT I do have a gut I would like to see shrink a bit. I weigh approx. 153 lbs. I would like to lose 10-15 lbs. That's all. But I need a little help.
