Super Bowl Sniper?

Check out these pictures taken at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis just prior to Super Bowl XVLI.

For me, this is equally assuring and scary. It's nice to know that there is someone perched high atop a stadium, keeping an eye out to protect the various political figures and important people from any madman who might try something dangerous. On the flipside, the fact that some madman has a chance to break into this perch and start picking off random people freaks me out. I'm sure there are a million security measures to get to that area, but it's still just a touch unsettling to me.
