Stafford Township Police Department Wins Fitness Challenge

The second annual Elite Law Enforcement Fitness Challenge featured 18 teams of law enforcement officers competing against each other in various physical challenges, including flipping tires, climbing fences, swimming, running, and pulling a Humvee.

The competition, held at Harry Wright Lake in Whiting, raised nearly $6,000 for Ocean of Love and the not-for-profit Manchester Township Police Foundation Inc.

Stafford Team Blue won the title of Fittest Police Department. Toms River Police Department entered two teams who took home second and third place.
