The other songs included No Surrender,  The Promised Land, Forward, Youngstown, We Take Care of Our Own, This Land is Your Land and Thunder Road acccording to the Springsteen fan site Backstreets.com.

Springsteen told the rally, "I came here today because I'm thankful for universal health care, the lack of which was for so long an embarrassment to our country. I'm thankful for a more regulated Wall Street. I'm thankful GM is still making cars. What else would I write about?! I'd have no job without that! "

He also repeated some of the reasons for his endorsement he listed in a statement on his official website. “There is a fight going on to help make this a fairer and more equitable nation,” he wrote. “For me, President Obama is our best choice to get us and keep us moving in the right direction. Right now, we need a President who has a vision that includes all of our citizens, not just some, whether they are our devastated poor, our pressured middle class, and yes, the wealthy too; whether they are male or female, black, white, brown, or yellow, straight or gay, civilian or military.”

Forward and Away We Go Lyrics

I kissed your sister than I kissed your mamma

[crowd: Forward!]

Usually this time of day I’m in my pajamas

[Forward!]

Well, let’s vote for the man who got Osama

[Forward!]

Forward! And away we we go.

I came to Ohio looking for a date

[Forward!]

We kissed and I said it’s a hell of a state.

[Forward!]

We made love, but it wasn’t so great

[Forward!]

Forward! And away we go.

Smiling Joe, he really brought the drama

[Forward!]

Tuesday, Romney was schooled by Obama

[Forward!]

Forward! And away we go.
