Should the Death Penalty be Reinstated in New Jersey? [POLL]

The body of 12 year old Autumn Pasquale was discovered in a garbage recycling bin earlier today close to her home in Gloucester County.

Two brothers age 15 and 17 have been charged in Autumn's murder. Authorities say the brothers lured Autumn Pasquale to their home so they could get parts from her BMX bike. Neighbors had told reporters one of the boys liked to buy and sell parts from BMX bikes.
