Seth MacFarlane Will Host the Oscars

The brilliant man behind "Family Guy" will be hosting for the first time.

Seth MacFarlane is a multi-talented guy who is a singer, voice actor, animator, screenwriter, comedian, producer and director.

Most recently, he was the writer/director of the movie, "Ted", and also starred as the main character and served as the producer.

Is there anything this guy can't do?

Rumors were all over that Jimmy Fallon would be chosen, but it's confirmed that Seth has been chosen for the honor at the 85th Annual Academy Awards on February 24, 2103.
