Oswald Cobblepot is the newest baby penguin born at Jenkinson's Aquarium, and he's finally old enough to be out in the public exhibit!

The penguins were one of Baby Varacchi's favorite parts of the aquarium, so we'll definitely be back to see Oswald soon. In case you were wondering about the name, Oswald Cobblepot is the real name of the legendary Batman villain, The Penguin.
