Sabra is recalling certain hummus products over listeria concerns, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

The affected products include Classic, Garlic and Red Pepper hummus made before November 8th with a "Best Before" date of January 23rd. A complete list of affected products is available through the FDA and Sabra. The products were sold in grocery stores in the United States and Canada.

Consumers with the impacted product should discard it. For reimbursement visit Sabra.

Listeria was found at the manufacturing facility but not in any of the products that were tested.

Listeria monocytogenes, which can cause high fever, severe headaches, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea. It can also be fatal in children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems, and potentially cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
