Rex Ryan Apologizes For Cursing Off Fan

The NFL is looking into a video that surfaced Sunday night of Jets coach Rex Ryan cursing at a fan as the team walked into the tunnel at halftime.

Rex, who was fined by his own organization for a stunt at a wrestling event in Miami last year, apologized on Monday for letting his emotions get the better of him.

“I obviously, you know, made a mistake,” Ryan said Monday. “I was full of emotion and just popped off, and obviously I know I represent the National Football League and I know I represent the Jets. I know it was a mistake and I apologize. This is who I am. I made a mistake.”

Rex and the Jets travel to Denver on Thursday night to take on a quarterback, Tim Tebow, that would not approve of his foul language. Listen to the game on 105.7 The Hawk.
