Phillies Fan Busted For Throwing Bottle At Ryan Howard

Sidney Smith, a 21-year-old student at the University of Delaware, surrendered to authorities Friday and was issued a summary citation for disorderly conduct and released, police confirmed in a statement Monday. Smith is set to appear before a judge Tuesday and is facing a fine.
