On the 15th anniversary of the September 11th bombings of the World Trade Center in New York City, Eagles fans decided to protest a protest of San Francisco 49er Colin Kaepernick.

Colin Kaepernick, now known for kneeling during the National Anthem instead of a professional football career, has been both supported and criticized for kneeling during the National Anthem prior to the 49ers taking the field.

Some Philadelphia Eagles fans decided they wanted to protest Kaepernick's protest.  They stomped on the quarterback's jersey while singing the National Anthem before the first game of the season last Sunday, September 11th.
