Phil Collins hasn't decided whether he'll actually make a true comeback, but he has agreed to perform at a charity event later this year.

It's a benefit concert in Miami on December 6th for the Little Dreams Foundation, which he founded in 2000 with his then-wife, Orianne.

The Little Dreams Foundation's mission is to fulfill the dreams of young talents, whether disabled or not, in music, sport and art.

As reported by ultimateclassicrock.com, this past May, Phil appeared on stage for the first time in three years when he played a couple of songs ('In the Air Tonight; and 'Land of Confusion') at the Miami Country Day School’s spring concert.

Back in March 2011, citing health problems and other concerns, Collins announced that he was taking time off from his career, prompting widespread reports of his retirement
