Pennsylvania man charged with assaulting Long Beach badge checker

A Pennsylvania man is facing charges after the alleged assault of a beach badge checker in Long Beach Township on Wednesday. 

Warren Marr of Yardley, Pennsylvania is charge with simple assault and criminal mischief in the alleged attack a local beach badge checker.

It's not known what led to the reported behavior which brought charges against Marr but following a thorough investigation police say they found the probable cause they needed to make an arrest.
