Paul McCartney Has a Montana Mountain Named After Him

O.K. the mountain bore his name just for a little while, but nevertheless Sir Paul has new bragging rights.

According to antimusic.com:

The mountain features a giant white "M" that will stand for McCartney until the morning of August 6. This is Macca's first stop ever in Montana, and the state is pleased to have him on his "Out There" tour.

Paul brought his tour to Big Sky Country Tuesday night.

Montana is a big hunting and trapping state, and since I'm an animal advocate like Macca, I'm hoping the mighty mountain named Paul has had an influence to diminish those activities. :-)
