Panthers & Patriots Coming To River Rock

No, not the Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots, but rather the Point Pleasant Borough Panthers and Freehold Township Patriots who will be featured on Thursday’s Gateway Toyota Coaches Corner during a live broadcast from River Rock Restaurant and Marina Bar.

The weekly high school football show airs from 7-8pm on 105.7 The Hawk (WCHR) and this week the two playoff-bound teams take center stage. Appearing from Point Boro will be first-year head coach Matt Cilento along with seniors Hayden Frey and Justin Rafi…the Panthers can clinch the Class B South title this coming weekend. Freehold Township is enjoying a renaissance under coach Cory Davies as the Patriots are 7-1 and Davies will be joined by two-way standout Anthony Lotti. Fans and supporters of the Panthers & Patriots are invited to catch the live broadcast at River Rock on the Manasquan River in Brick. The show is broadcast every Thursday evening during the high school football season and his hosted by Kevin Williams, Ed Sarluca and Bob Badders.
