PA man arrested after urinating outside TD Bank in Point Pleasant Beach

You booze, you lose and in the case of an intoxicated Pennsylvania man last night in Point Pleasant Beach you get arrested.

Police responded to a report of a man urinating outside the TD Bank on Route 35 South around 11:17 pm.

Brian J. Petix of Easton, Pennsylvania was also found to be in possession of several bottles of stolen alcohol and when police tried handcuffing him, he put up a fight, punching one of the officers in the face who suffered just minor injuries as a result.

The officer was attended to at the hospital and released.

In addition to charges Petix faces here of Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, Hindering Apprehension, and Shoplifting, he is also a wanted man in Monroe County, P.A. for vehicular homicide.

Petix was brought to Ocean County Jail on his charges from PPBPD and on the Vehicular Homicide charge from Pennsylvania.
