Ozzy Osbourne‘s history is revisited this week with the release of the ‘Speak of the Devil’ DVD, chronicling the singer’s post-Randy Rhoads-death performances in the summer of 1982.

Now teasing this interesting period in Ozzy history is the video footage of Osbourne’s performance of ‘Crazy Train,’ a song frequently associated with Rhoads.

The particular show filmed for the DVD took place at Irvine Meadows in Irvine, Calif. in 1982, which found the band returning to the road after delaying their tour due to Rhoads’ passing in a flying accident. The performance would feature eventual Night Ranger guitarist Brad Gillis on guitar, to help fill the void left by Rhoads.

The video is also a solid representation of Osbourne in his prime, as the shirtless rocker bounded around the stage riling up the crowd during the performance of the not-yet classic track.

The ‘Speak of the Devil’ DVD is available this week with digitally restored and remastered audio, with the set featuring not only ‘Crazy Train,’ but such classics as ‘Mr. Crowley,’ ‘Iron Man,’ and ‘Paranoid’ as well.
