Ocean County celebrates the holidays on Wednesday, December 5th, with the official Ocean County Christmas Tree Lighting!

A 28-foot Norway Spruce at the corner of Hooper Avenue and Washington Street will be decorated with thousands of LED lights. Festivities begin at 4:45pm, kicking off with a medley of holiday music performed by the Silver Bay Elementary School Chorus.

The tree will be lit at 5pm. Christmas cookies and hot & cold apple cider will be served by culinary arts students from the OCVTS at the Administration Building after the ceremony.
