An Ocean Township man convicted in 2008 on 143-counts related to sexual assaults upon a young female victim once again has his appeal denied.

Clement Bilski Jr., 55, filed a motion in appellate court to have his conviction and 80-year state prison sentence reversed because he claims his lawyer was ineffective during the trial, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office.

His state prison sentence comes with 61-years of parole ineligibility from the March 2008 trial

This is the second time Bilski has failed to have his case overturned, according to the MCPO, after he was denied previously by the NJ Appellate and Supreme Courts in 2011.
