Ocean of Love Billboard Radiothon- Thank You!

It has been three days since the Ocean of Love Billboard Radiothon has come to a conclusion. I am still in disbelief every time I see that RECORD BREAKING number.

But the disbelief turns into reality...It really happened! We raised the most money ever for the Radiothon...Thanks to you!

And if you are not aware of what happens after the Radiothon....That number goes UP!  There are many instances each year that people did not have time on Friday to get us their donation from their office or organization before 6p. So we will have the official FINAL tally on Friday 10/6. I can't wait to see what it's going to be.

So....even after three days since the end of the radiothon, I am still at a loss for words. I know the staff at Ocean of Love is at a loss for words as well. I've been looking for a perfect way to express my gratitude, but every time I try, they just won't come out.

I am in awe for the way you all came out in support of Ocean of Love. I am in awe of the generosity of this community, and I am in awe of you for just being good, kind people.

Great things happen when we come together as a team, and last week's Radiothon certainly proved that, so thank you!

You have made a difference in people's lives who desperately need it, and I thank you for it. Ocean of Love thanks you, and the families who get the help from Ocean of Love thank you more than you can imagine.

This is my 10th time "living" on the Billboard, and this is the proudest I have ever felt. And once again it's all because of you! You checked up on my well being all week, sent me words of encouragemnet, and just "had my back".

I'm just going to leave it at this...Thank you to all the businesses. Thank you to all the organizations that came together. Thank you to all the schools. Thank you to all the First Responders that donated. Thank you to all the county workers, and thank you to all my friends and family that donated.
