NJ Woman Gets Smashed By Target’s Big Red Ball

Target is known for the big red concrete balls placed at the entrance of their stores. Last summer, a NJ woman sued the store after her child was injured playing on a ball, and now another lawsuit is being filed after a woman's car was damaged by a rolling ball.

In the video, a pickup truck runs into the ball, which then comes loose and rolls across the parking lot like the beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark.

The driver, Eileen Grady, said the ball left about $3,500 in damage. She filed a claim with Target insurance company, which was quickly denied. Grady's next move is to file suit against Target in small claims court.
