Those roadside signs usually give information about construction ahead, or maybe weather alerts like flooding or ice, or maybe even an Amber Alert or Silver Alert.

Occasionally they've been hacked to warn drivers about impending Zombie Attacks or Raptors on the prowl.

The latest incident involves a sign in Hackensack that was altered to feature an alert that may have led to a lot of men getting busted for texting while driving.

According to NJ.com, calling the number on the sign went to an answering machine.

Without knowing anything about this, I'm kind of torn. If this is someone's attempt at revenge porn, scorning a girl by posting her number to the world, it's a dick move. In an admittedly 100% hypocritical view, if this is a prank that a guy is pulling on his best friend, it's pretty damn funny.
