NJ Man Running 100 Miles For Ocean Of Love

This weekend will be the third straight year that Rich McCleary will run 100 miles across New Jersey in just two days to raise money for Ocean of Love.

The run will kick off 8am on Saturday at the Applebee's in Clifton. He's expected to finish around noon on Sunday at the Applebee's in Manahawkin, where he is the manager. Stops along the way include Applebee's locations in Middletown, Ocean, Howell, and Lacey.

In 2014, McCleary completed the run in 29 hours and eight minutes and raised $2,200 for the charity. Last year, Rich crossed the finish line with a time of 27 hours and 37 minutes and raised $5,000. This year he is challenging himself to best his previous times and raise $10,000 for Ocean of Love.

Donations can be made directly at Applebee’s locations throughout New Jersey, and can even be added on to guest checks. People can also donate online. 100% of the donations will go directly to Ocean of Love.
