That is the plan being put forth to take over the property of the now-closed Bank of America building on the Boulevard in Seaside Heights.

According to Shorebeat:

Robert Bennett, the would-be business owner, has applied to the borough’s planning board for permission to construct a miniature golf course, arcade and food services operation at 315 Boulevard, the site of the now-shuttered Bank of America building between Hamilton and Franklin avenues.

A planning board meeting took place last night in Seaside Heights seeking approval.
