New Graffiti Pops Up In Downtown Toms River

The Hawk's Nest is perched high above downtown Toms River, so we get a good view of surrounding rooftops. Some new artwork appeared on a neighboring building late last week.

Admittedly, I'm not a graffiti aficionado, can anyone decipher that for me? They all look the same, but have a few subtle differences...are they different letters?

What's your opinion on graffiti in general?  Is it a blight on public property, or could this be the work of the next Banksy?
