What do you get when you take a REAL roller coaster, and combine it with Virtual Reality?

You get "Rage of the Gargoyles" this fall at Six Flags Great Adventure for Fright Fest.

This looks pretty cool. Riders wear a Samsung Virtual Reality headset while riding the "Skull Mountain" roller coaster.

Great Adventure describes the experience as a:

High-definition imagery and storytelling sync with 1,377 feet of plunging, twisting coaster track to create a one-of-a-kind, “real world” to “virtual world” thrill ride experience

The ride will be available to Season Pass holders, owners of the Samsung Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy Note7 and those with a Fright Fest Haunted Attraction Pass.

Fright Fest happens on weekends between September 17th and runs through October 31st.
