New Bill to Legalize Recreational Pot in New Jersey

A bill to legalize marijuana for recreational purposes in New Jersey is expected to be introduced today.

I say it's high time. ;-)

State Sen. Nicholas Scutari, a Democrat from Linden, is planning a news conference today to detail his plan..

According to cbslocal.com:

“Legalizing, regulating and taxing marijuana will generate revenue in the state while saving millions of dollars spent each year on law enforcement,” Scutari said in January.

Governor Christie, according to mainstreet.com has reportedly said he won't sign legislation that legalizes marijuana possession.

Well, Duh!

He already has a munchie problem.
