Most Expensive Parking Spot EVER

How much would you pay for a space about 12 feet wide, 23 feet long and more than 15 feet high?

How about ONE MILLION DOLLARS?

The private garage at 66 E. 11th St. costs six times more than the national-average price of a single-family home.

Buying it would be the same as paying a $115 ticket for illegal parking every day — for 24 years.

The parking spot will have its own deed and sales contract, and be charged maintenance fees, just as a condo would.

I understand that parking in Manhattan is pretty scarce, but really? A million dollars? This begs two questions: how much would you pay for parking, and how many other things would you rather spend one million dollars on?  Leave your comment below!
