Metallica are Working on their 10th album

It's been confirmed by Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich that the band is working on their next album with a release date for sometime in 2014.

According to Loudwire.com, the writing process has begun and the "as-yet-untitled album has so far been described by drummer Lars Ulrich as “heavy,” “energetic” and “fast.”

It's the follow-up to the band's 2008 "Death Magnetic" album and Lars says that "what we're doing now certainly sounds like a continuation of where we left off four years ago."
