Mediterranean Restaurant Opening In Brick

If you're looking for something beyond your normal burgers-and-fries or pizza, a new restaurant is bringing Mediterranean flair to Brick.

On Saturday, Falafel Brothers will celebrate their grand opening in the Top Tomato Plaza on Brick Boulevard. The menu includes meals for vegetarians and meat-eaters, ranging from falafel to hummus, salads, kebabs, shawarma and baba ganoush, all using fresh ingredients from local farms.

Grand opening specials include 25% off all day, and one lucky person will win a party platter worth $75.

If you're like me, you suffer through the cliche "where do you want to eat?" debate all the time. My wife and I ask the question back and forth, "I dunno, where do YOU want to eat?", while narrowing down the list and usually ending up back at one of a few restaurants on our short list. I'm dying to expand our horizons, and jumping into some Mediterranean food might be a nice solution.
