Four Ocean County residents are facing criminal charges for allegedly breaking into the Heritage Minerals property building in Manchester on October 17 around 6:00 pm.

One of the suspects police arrested aggressively kicked the wall to the building while the other three individuals stand around and watched.

Once inside they caused about $1,000.00 in damages before fleeing prior to police arriving on the scene after they were notified by the property manager who captured the incident on video surveillance.

The Heritage Minerals site is private property, which police say is indicated with clearly posted signs.

An investigation was aided with police sharing the video footage with the public via social media to try and identify the suspects.

Several tips started coming into MTPD via anonymous telephone calls, emails, and through their private messenger.

As a result Jasmine Rodriguez, 20, Manchester, and three male juveniles from Toms River were all arrested.

Two of the juveniles were charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief, the third juvenile and Rodriguez were charged with criminal trespass.

Rodriguez was arrested on October 20, and the three juveniles were arrested between October 22 and October 23.

"The community’s assistance with this case played a significant role in identifying the individuals responsible," Manchester Police Lt. Vincent Manco said. "This case was brought to a successful conclusion because of the sharing of information that took place between the Manchester Police Department and our community."

Police remind residents that anonymous tips can be reported to the Manchester Police Department at 732-657-6111.
