This vid was shot in Caseficio Torricelle in Paestum, Italy, the mozzarella capital of the world. Michele takes us through the delicate and detailed process of making artisinal mozzarella, starting at 2 in the morning. This project was commissioned by Whiteout’s Alessandro Salerno.
