The damage from Sandy to the Holgate park was just too much, and the resulting costs to rebuild would triple the price of rentals at the park owned by the Muroff family.

According to an article at nj.com:

"Muroff notified residents in an e-mail on Sunday that the park would not reopen, citing the destruction to infrastructure and utilities, as well as the cost of complying with federal regulations.

Long Beach Township Mayor Joseph Mancini told the Press of Atlantic City that a meeting will held in a few weeks to consider the property's future."

What do you think should be done with the property?
