Federal officials are confirming the potentially deadly contamination of Listeria in frozen vegetables and other products.

At least eight Listeria recalls have been issued over the past two weeks in New Jersey.

Certain brands of frozen vegetables, granola bars and sunflower seeds have been recalled from stores nationwide because of a serious and sometimes fatal contamination risk, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

The FDA has the full list of affected foods.
